Vilnis Ore earned his Real Estate License in Pennsylvania after working 25 years in
the construction industry and has been investing in properties since 1978. Since then,
he has worked with and learned from some of the real estate industry’s top agents and
coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.
Vilnis specializes in assisting people in transition, but gains the most satisfaction from
finding first time home buyers just the right home and helping them purchase with
easy financing, often with low or no down payments. His extensive knowledge and
experience in construction gives him a unique view of the real estate market and market
trends.
Vilnis Ore is a member in good standing of the National Realtors Association,
Pennsylvania Realtors Association, Suburban West Realtors Association, Exton Region
Chamber of Commerce, and the American Latvian Association Real Estate Group. He
is also a Pennsylvania Notary Public. Vilnis’ work ethic didn’t start in the real estate
industry, but followed him from his past career where he received the Excellence Award
from the Association of Builders and Contractors.
In his leisure time, Vilnis enjoys spending time with his wife of 33 years, traveling,
gardening, skiing and performing with the Latvian folk dance group, Dzirkstele, based
in Newtown Square, PA. Vilnis Ore prides himself on accountability, attention to
detail, and personal service allowing him to build lifelong relationships with his clients.
