Local Foreclosures
Banks have inventory of properties from their foreclosure actions, often called Real Estated Owned (REO) properties for their balance sheet category.
These properties are almost always sold AS IS. This means that a Buyer must either waive or complete inspections prior to presenting an offer. Foreclosed properties may have serious defects that may be costly or difficult to remedy. Thus, these properties are usually for seasoned buyers.
