Ron Ehman and Mark Reale: The Heart of the EXIT Elite Team.
EXIT Elite Realty opened its Exton, PA office in September, 2006, and is owned by partners Ron Ehman and Mark Reale. Currently, EXIT Elite Realty services the tri-county area of Southeastern PA.
Ron Ehman
Ron is a veteran of the service industry and has worked with such prestigious firms as Deloitte-Touche and Andersen Consulting. He developed a passion for real estate in 1986 when he began managing his properties and building and renovating apartments. Prior to joining EXIT, Ron represented Keller-Williams and Weichert Realtors.
Ron holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Illinois.
Mark Reale
Mark started his real estate career as an agent in 1983. Five years later, he joined a privately-held building and development company where he served as vice president of the new homes sales division.
In 1995, Mark founded Idle Brook Development Corporation, which develops subdivisions and builds custom homes and townhouses. He’s been an active resident of Uwchlan Township for nearly two decades.
