The first time homebuyer credit applies to purchases completed in 2009.  This provision allows for up to $8000 from the Federal government for first time buyer's purchasing prior to November 30, 2009.   Many different types of homes qualify, there are specific rules as to whom is considered a first time buyer, and the credit phases out above certain income levels.   In 2009, we have helped many buyers purchase homes to take advantage of this money available from the Federal Government.  Time is running out to purchase under the program.  Call (610) 363-1600 to learn more about the program and get your questions answered.
